Role: Senior Business Analyst

This position will lead a team of business systems analysis to support the continuing growth of our client?s fund accounting businesses.
?
Business systems analysts within the technology group are responsible for:
1.? Determining client requirements to support the successful on boarding of new business.
2.? Determining business requirements to support the successful automation of operational processes with asset services.
3.? Identifying and developing functional improvements to global applications.
4.? Ensuring the resultant solutions have been delivered to the appropriate quality and standards as defined during the project lifecycle.
?
Qualifications
1.? This position will be responsible for the on-going development, mentoring and coaching of the BA team, including performance management, task management, peer reviews, career & skill development.
2.? Previous people management experience is essential in this role.
