Job Summary
?
The Producer and Product Development Senior Business Analyst will work in conjunction with the Producer and Product Development team, the Field Sales Organization and the Information Technology team to support the sales and distribution management platforms with a focus on operations support for the salesforce.com application.? The analyst will also help identify opportunities for enhancements and support projects to expand or enhance our processes and tools.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
1.?????? Supports Sales and Distribution Business Processes and assists underwriting field personnel with questions and training needs.
2.?????? Supports the business administration function within the Salesforce application, including: user provisioning/administration and other Tier 2 support-level tasks.
3.?????? Leads/Supports change management and communication efforts related to new capabilities being developed or on-going changes to the Sales platform
4.?????? Monitors adherence to standard sales processes
5.?????? Supports the Field and Producer organizations by developing reports and analysis based on available data
6.?????? Performs data analysis to identify best practices and assess the impact of the implementation of new sales practices
7.?????? Partners with Field Organization to identify opportunity areas and implement solutions
8.?????? Participates in projects to enhance and expand the sales support processes and platform:
- Participates in the development of business process flows, requirements, and use case documentation
- Assists in the? integration of business process and requirements
- Ensures comprehensive business requirements, inclusive of functional and non-functional requirements, that meets scope defined in the business case
- Ensures user experience is reflected in requirements
- Review and approve Requirements documentation to ensure requirements are concise, clear, traceable, complete, and consistent
9.??????Participates in User Acceptance testing
10.??? Hold update meetings with leadership team to assess application success factors? and manage and prioritize requests for sales support tool enhancements
11.?? Prepares and distributes communications to the field leadership and user community

Skills, Knowledge & Abilities
1.?????? SFDC functional knowledge and administration skills to:
- Add, update and deactivate users
- Perform data loads, updates, deletes using SFDC vendor tools
- Create business unit specific reports/dashboards Perform data analysis
2.?????? Strong analytical and process management skills
3.?????? Strong leadership and communication skills
4.?????? Knowledge of Producer and Sales Management processes is a plus
5.?????? Knowledge of Distribution, Sales and Reporting applications is a plus
?
Education & Experience
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
2. Minimum of seven years experience in business analysis, or other related experience, i.e., insurance operations, or IT with prior experience identifying and documenting business requirements.?
3. Project leadership experience desirable.
4. Applicable certifications preferred.
